Bright Data strives itself on its transparency and ability to offer the only fully compliant IPPN in the world. IPPN stands for IP Proxy Network and as market leaders in this field, we strive to set the highest standards for proxy compliance and legitimacy. Not only does Bright Data implement a User compliance evaluation, have all our peers opt-in to the network, have strict compliance procedures and patented technology, we are also proud members of IAB Tech Lab, AOP, and TAG.

Many of our customers work in advertising, marketing, protection of online assets or simply put the aggregation of data. Our position in the advertising world is vital as customers use Bright Data to ensure the compliance of advertisements, ensure the right placement of ads, the absence of malware and accuracy with direct billing campaigns and app promotions. With such a large role in this arena, we have taken it upon ourselves to guarantee we provide a full suite solution to our customers growing needs

With Bright Data’s focus on being the IPPN with the most accurate data collection available becoming members of IAB Tech Lab is easy to understand. This is due to the fact that IAB lab tech provides a foundation for responsible uses of data including safety and transparency along supply chains, consistency in measurement statistics and an overall higher- quality consumer advertising experience.

IAB lab tech’s mission is to, “Engage a member community globally to develop foundational technology and standards that enable growth and trust in the digital media ecosystem.”
This mission statement also encompasses one of Bright Data’s goals in providing a more opaque ecosystem and providing our customers with this same capability.

AOP stands for Advocate for Quality Original Digital Content. AOP accomplishes this by setting standards and structuring activities with their AOP initiatives to support their members and the problems they face. Brand protection and the proper use of copyrighted materials was once difficult to monitor due to common blocking techniques used by those infringing on owned materials. With Bright Data’s IPPN in tandem with the standards encompassing AOP, we can begin to protect and help those susceptible to violations of their intangible assets.

Initiatives they undertake include an AOP ad blocking guide and audit, an AOP ad quality charter, an AOP GDPR good practice guide as well as their AOP protocols. Working with AOP provides Bright Data a means of focusing on key industry subjects in advertising as well as the ability to work collectively to solve common industry issues such as misuse of copyrighted materials.

TAG stands for Trustworthy Accountability Group that is “a first-of-its-kind cross-industry accountability program to create transparency in the business relationships and transactions that undergird the digital ad industry, while continuing to enable innovation” It consists of four core areas of work that aim to eliminate ad fraud, combat malware, fight internet piracy and promote transparency.

With core values mirroring Bright Data’s, a partnership was the clear choice allowing us to work in tandem to overcome these limitations presented by technological advancements in the online world. We are proud to be TAG partners along with the many conglomerates who have defined their respective industries and will continue to provide our industry establishing services following the strict guidelines set by Bright Data and its partners.

At Bright Data, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customers with the means of bringing back net neutrality to the world. As leaders in the ever-growing IPPN market, we will continue to set the high standards required and work with these highly regarded organizations to ensure this goal is met.

We are thrilled to be part of and to continue our mission of bringing transparency back to the worldwide web.
