Description

Bright Data is looking for a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in the vibrant and fast-growing Chinese market. 

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be focusing on managing and expanding our affiliate network in the Chinese market, developing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, driving affiliate program growth, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit new affiliate partners into the Bright Data program to find different ways to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel and manage/improve existing affiliate partners to increase their ongoing:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates within the Chinese market that align with our company's objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective affiliates, ensuring their needs align with the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies in the Chinese market, considering cultural differences and local practices.
  • Develop and provide affiliate performance reports for management regularly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role, specifically targeting the Chinese market
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Chinese affiliate networks, platforms, and marketing channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize our data infrastructure using a range of advanced tools and technologies. Your expertise in both technical and business aspects will be crucial as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain data pipelines & ELTs for multiple data sources: MongoDB, S3, Salesforce, HubSpot  and various APIs, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Design, develop and implement scalable day-to-day data solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Serve as the key interface between Data Engineers and BI Developers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assume full ownership and responsibility for our data warehouse 
  • Collaborate with R&D, BI Development and the Data Analytics teams to analyze and understand data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Continuously optimize and improve existing data infrastructure and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering and recommend appropriate tools and techniques

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer 
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Python and SQL
  • 3+ years experience with Airflow and DBT 
  • 3+ years experience with Spark 
  • Experience with Git and development practices (CI/CD) 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies and services like S3, Glue, EMR, IAM, etc.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce - a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of software dev tools such as Docker, terraform, CloudFormation, etc.

The role will focus on developing business insights, reporting a set of key KPIs to management, as well as budget planning and analysis. Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the annual planning and financial forecasting processes
  • Assist in key month-end activities to provide oversight of the completeness and accuracy of the monthly reports
