Description
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Director of Business Applications to oversee the integration of our business processes across various applications, enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will manage a team of Salesforce admins and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of business workflows across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of business workflows within key business applications.
- Manage and support various platforms, such as MongoDB, Salesforce HubSpot, etc.
- Collaborate with R&D developers to customize and streamline business processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and support of business goals.
- Identify and address system issues, work with the technical team to resolve, and ensure proper documentation.
- Innovative and up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools that could improve business processes and integrate them where applicable.
- Reports directly to the COO
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Business Applications Leader, overseeing the listed tools and platforms, with a proven track record in managing and mentoring small teams.
- Strong understanding of sales and business processes, with expertise in best practices for application deployment, scalability, and security within a SaaS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in leading projects related to application upgrades, integrations, and new system implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, including developers, Salesforce administrators and other technical teams.
- Experience in managing multiple business applications, while ensuring data flow consistency.
- Strong understanding of integration tools, such as Make.
- Excellent communication skills, in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to quickly address application-related issues.
- Experience with ETL processes and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
