Director of Sales- Western Europe

Description

Bright Data is looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale our West Europe sales team, to drive revenue growth and establish Bright Data as the leading web data platform solution across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across West Europe.
  • Own and exceed revenue targets for the region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
  • Build relationships with enterprise accounts and close complex deals.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and market insights.


Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B SaaS sales experience; 3+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing teams of 5-15+ people
  • Strong understanding of West European market dynamics Experience selling technical/data solutions to tech enterprise clients
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% across the region
  • Experience in the AI ecosystem (AI/ML platforms, AI agents, LLM applications) - highly beneficial
  • Understanding of AI training data and model development needs
  • Established network in the European tech and AI ecosystem
