Home sleeps 6 and poolside bungalow sleeps 2 more (max of 8 guests).   Madeira Beach is 5 minutes from home and superbly located to walk to Walmart or a few other coffee\/dining spots.  Smart TV in cabana and in EVERY room of the home.  Our homes are all immaculately cleaned by professionals. You have many beach options to choose from but Madeira Beach is the closest at just 5 minutes from the home.  This home is minutes from shopping and restaurants and Downtown St Pete is approx. 22-26 min drive.🔹 OVERVIEW OF THIS HOME:The home is so cute and the backyard and outdoor area is truly the HIGHLIGHT of this home!  The fully fenced in tropical backyard has a dipping pool, private bungalow and a huge cabana.  The cabana offers a bar,  a built-in beverage refrigerator and a 55\u0022 television to stream your favorite apps. There is also an outdoor shower, gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating.  At night, the backyard is appointed with abundant light and you will feel like you are at a high end resort! 🔹 POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOWThe poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow does NOT have a bathroom--guests in the bungalow will utilize the bathroom inside the home.  The guest bungalow is a tropical vacation experience-- a vacation \u0022glamping\u0022 experience!  It may not be appropriate for guests of all ages.  Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow.  I LOVE IT.........but will Grandma love it?   Probably not. ▪️It is important to note that the bungalow IS INCLUDED in the bedroom count.  Which means this home has 2 interior bedrooms and the bungalow is counted as the third \u0022bedroom\u0022.  It\u0027s a great spot to enjoy--but again, maybe not for everyone!🔹 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS🔹  MAX CAPACITY 8 GUESTS▫️Primary Bedroom:One King Bed = sleeps 2▫️Guest Bedroom #1:  Two Full Beds = sleeps 4▫️Pool Bungalow: One Full Bed = sleeps 2🔹  BATHROOM:There is one bathroom in the home and it is a tub\/shower combo.  🔹 THE DIPPING POOL:The pool is referred to as a dipping pool due to its size.   The pool is serviced professionally TWICE per week.  🔹 OPTION TO HEAT POOL: Available Oct-April only!  An optional heated pool can be applied for $25\/night.🔹 PETS:Pets must be approved in advance of booking this home and they must be noted in your guest count.   Cats are strictly prohibited.  Fee for dogs is $95, which covers up to two dogs.  Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, per Airbnb policy. 🔹  BABY NECESSITIES: Upon request, we use a local pack-n-play rental service.  Their cost for rental\/delivery is $35 per week.  If you need additional baby rental items, Baby Quip offers 10% off for our guests.  🔹 CELEBRATORY WEEKENDS:We host a lot of bachelorette, birthday and anniversary celebratory stays!   We work with a couple of small local companies that specialize in Airbnb guest itinerary planning, stocking kitchens (snacks, cocktail essentials, birthday cakes) and of course themed decorating for your special occasion. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times.  If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest,  this is NOT the right home for you.  Again, these are not optional services—they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.   ▪️ Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by Airbnb. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family).  ▪️ The nightly rate is calculated by the # of guests in your reservation.  If you increase the # of guests after booking your stay, your nightly rate may increase.  ▪️ There is an option to heat the saltwater pool seasonally from Oct-April for an additional fee. Please contact Host for details and associated costs.  ▪️  While we are pet friendly (with prior approval), we do not guarantee yard is escape proof for your pet.  Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings.  ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard--you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers.   Be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.  ▪️  All televisions are Smart RoKu TVS and are for streaming your own television apps.   Please note: there is high speed WiFi, but no cable tv package.",
