We are looking for a Senior BI Developer with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing BI & Analytics team. This broad role combines both front-end and back-end aspects.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, end-to-end projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the company (Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports, ensuring automation and optimization
- Define the structure and logic of new DWH tables needed for reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize BI solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in BI development
- Excellent proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
- Experience in DWH design
- Experience with DBT - an advantage
- Experience with Python or R - an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
