Description
We're looking for a Procurement Business Partner with global experience for both a strategic and a tactical role, focusing on MKT, HR, G&A & Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for MKT, HR, G&A & Infrastructure.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with vendors and monitor vendor’s performance
- Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks
- Handle vendor’s contracts and negotiating terms
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Identify and initiate new cost reduction initiatives to achieve company goals
- Track and control purchase orders and lead streamlining processes
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a hands-on buyer from a global tech company
- Experience in MKT, HR, G&A, Operations.
- Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors in Israel, US, EMEA & APAC.
- Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts
- Proven track record of executing cost reduction initiatives
- Work experience with a procurement-management system (P2P) - a must (Priority - an advantage)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Great presentation and Excel skills
- Ability to combine independent work with teamwork
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
