Description
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile BI Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, owning analytics projects end-to-end from scoping to delivering insights, dashboards, and recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics projects: collaborate with stakeholders, define success metrics, and provide actionable recommendations
- Translate business needs into metric definitions and data models; build reliable reporting layers and maintain clear documentation
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards (e.g. funnels, KPI monitoring), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adoption
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and growth opportunities across key business areas
- Drive automation and operational improvements by leveraging AI/LLM tools alongside scripting in SQL/Python
- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions through clear, data-backed storytelling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including experience leveraging AI/LLM tools and automation in analytics workflows
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with BI tools (preferablyTableau)
- Experience in DWH design and data modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Experience with dbt – advantage
- Experience with Python – advantage
