Description
The Customer Growth Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline generation from existing Bright Data customers.
You will execute targeted sales plays, implement playbook-driven campaigns, and scale self-serve customer revenue by converting them into high-value, engaged accounts. Your role is strategic yet hands-on, ensuring successful expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to our current customer base.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns focused on pipeline generation and revenue expansion.
- Execute targeted sales plays including upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption initiatives aligned closely with the sales team.
- Leverage existing playbooks (e.g., usage-based expansion, renewal acceleration, competitive displacement, product cross-sell) to drive growth.
- Identify and scale opportunities to convert self-serve paying customers into high-touch enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment and consistent messaging and cross-team execution across customer-facing activities.
- Track, measure, and report performance and continuously iterate and improve campaign effectiveness through experimentation, segmentation, and personalization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer lifecycle or customer growth from $100M+ tech companies where developers are the main customer.
- Proven track record designing and executing successful sales plays, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and expansion campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics, customer insights, and refine campaigns based on data.
- Experience working collaboratively across sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for lifecycle marketing (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Intercom, Gainsight, etc.).
