Description

We are seeking a Creative Manager to oversee our design team, while balancing between strategy and execution.

In this role, you will oversee visual identity design, digital and print assets, UX/UI, Web, video, and more

Further, you will be responsible for maintaining high execution standards and guiding the team, ensuring that our creative outputs consistently exhibit top-quality work and align with our broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team: Serve as a leader who can guide creatives to exceptional results, lead and foster innovation within the design team.
  • Hands-on design and video editing: Active involvement in creating digital assets, employing advanced video editing software.
  • Set and maintain the creative vision, aligning all outputs, employing strategic thinking to enhance brand development.
  • Evolve our brand identity across digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee daily workflows, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Be a design visionary, staying abreast industry trends and news.
  • Review and approve creative outputs including web, visual identities, and video.
  • Performance-driven design: Utilize design to drive marketing KPIs, including improving conversion rates and conducting A/B testing.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments for cohesive design and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • A Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field professional.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior / leadership design role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML/CSS, and video editing software.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
