We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Overlay Sales Director with an expertise in data and analytics sales, specifically within the e-commerce and retail verticals, to drive the growth of Bright Insights across retailers, marketplaces, and brands throughout APAC. 

This IC role involves independently leading sales efforts while also collaborating closely with Bright Data’s regional sales teams—

bringing your product and domain expertise to support and accelerate deal closures.

This is a hands-on role focused on expanding our presence and our impact in these key verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of both overlay and full-cycle sales processes for Bright Insights, targeting retailers, marketplaces, and brands.
  • Develop your pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers and prospects — their business, use cases, needs, objectives, projects, and budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully and promptly deliver on customer requirements. 
  • Work with Marketing to optimize strategy for customer acquisition.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience , with a strong focus on data / retail and ideally also the APAC region.
  • Proven success in managing and executing both remote and F2F sales cycles of $50-$500K+ in value.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Location- Israel (Hybrid) / Singapore (Hybrid)
