Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, delivering actionable insights into business performance, and ensuring the company achieves its financial objectives.

As a trusted partner to senior management, you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions by leveraging data and drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Participate in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Work with the CFO and manage the tasks of the team in alignment with him.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and multiple departments to manage commission and compensation structures tied to performance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding data-driven decisions across the business.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial analysis for senior management and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field - A Must
  • 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - A Must
  • Fluent English - A Must
  • Familiarity of financial statements (mostly P&L and Cash flow)
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Gsheet, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in collaborating across departments and leading financial initiatives.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in M&A and corporate finance activities is a plus.
