Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program, leveraging market analysis and existing networks.
  • Onboard and train new partners on product offerings, affiliate tools, and best practices to maximize their performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing regular support and incentives to enhance productivity.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate promotions and campaigns to drive leads and sales.
  • Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze performance data to measure partner effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet program KPIs including Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs), Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs), and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tools and resources for affiliate partners.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing within a B2B context, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics and KPIs relevant to affiliate marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM and affiliate management software is preferred.

We’re seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our global Sales Development Team, dedicated to expanding our micro-business customer base within the US market.

In this dual role, you'll primarily focus on sales activities and take full ownership of customer accounts. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our US Inside Sales Team, leading by example to drive team success and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals, through phone and digital channels.
  • Drive revenue generation through a range of sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, in addition to generating new revenue. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on sales experience in a SaaS B2B company, managing full sales cycles. 
  • Proven experience in lead generation and pipeline management, including a solid understanding of sales funnel flows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce. Familiarity with additional sales technologies, sales automation tools and sales engagement platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong technological orientation.
  • Prior account management experience is an advantage.
