Faber Company develops original software tools to improve our customers’ SEO and local SEO marketing. We also perform R&D, manage our customers’ websites, and take care of site marketing and advertising. Our major customer market is Japan.

Online public data helps us to immediately pick up on keyword trends, and find out what information users are interested in. It helps businesses grasp which products their customers would want to buy, and gives them insights into consumer behavior – this then allows them to adapt their marketing efforts to be most effective.  

While we have a system in place similar to Bright Data’s, we wanted our engineers to focus on the visualization aspect rather than collecting online data. Therefore we needed an online data collection platform that would make collecting data quick and efficient – this is the most important factor in giving our customers the information they need as soon as they need it. Bright Data enables us to gather large amounts of public online data, which is critical for our business.

We have a product used by nearly 2000 companies sending a large amount of proxy requests – the stability of Bright Data’s network has been critical for the product’s success. Also, the customer support has been excellent so far. Takagaki-san has been quick in answering any questions we have and resolving issues that have arisen. 

With everything that Bright Data has to offer, we will definitely continue using the platform.
